hello from Miya, Kits & Mago

Hi, I’m Miya and The Pawsh Edit began because of my two cats, Kits and Mago.

They’re both turning seven this year, and they couldn’t be more different.
Kits is brave and endlessly curious. He’s always the first to ask for food, attention, or to sneak out the door just to see what’s outside. He acts like he owns the world until someone new walks in, then suddenly turns quiet and shy, watching from a safe distance.

Mago, on the other hand, is soft in every sense of the word. He’s happiest stretched out belly-up in the middle of the floor, completely at ease. He loves pats so much he’ll approach strangers like old friends, rubbing against their legs until they give in.

Both of them have had their share of worries. Kits with his asthma and Mago with his past liver issues. And those moments changed the way I think about care. They made me more observant, more deliberate. I started reading, researching, and testing small ways to make their days calmer, cleaner, and more comfortable.

The Pawsh Edit grew out of that process. A space to collect what I’ve learned, to share gentle, reliable knowledge for people who love their cats deeply and want to do right by them.

This space is for people like us: thoughtful, curious, and trying our best.
